Conradie & Fourie Accountants and Business Advisors was founded by Willem Conradie and Botha Fourie in 2012 in Somerset West, South Africa.
Since its inception the firm has grown to not only offer accounting and taxation services but also assisting companies with their registrations, annual returns, CIPC administration and payroll. The firm and its staff strive to provide a professional service to each person and their businesses and cater for specific needs that their entities might require. This means that our clients are not just a number, but receives individual attention from either the directors or staff directly under their close supervision.

Our Team of Experts
Botha Fourie
PARTNER
Botha grew up in Vredenburg on the west coast of South Africa. He studied at the University of Stellenbosch and obtained a BSc Sport degree in 2006 and a Biokinetics (BSc Hons) degree the following year. In June 2008 he decided to change his career path to accounting and tax and studied at the University of South Africa whilst doing his articles in Stellenbosch, to obtain his B Compt degree in 2011. He obtained his SAIPA (South African Institute of Professional Accountants) qualification in March 2013 and has been a member of SAIPA since. He furthered his tax studies at the University of Stellenbosch and obtained his HDip Tax qualification in 2015.
Botha is one of the founding members of Conradie and Fourie 2012.
He loves cycling and has completed 16 Cape Town Argus cycling tours to date, represented Maties (University of Stellenbosch) in cricket and represented Western Province rugby as a referee.
Lenita Sieberhagen
PARTNER
Lenita grew up in Riebeek-Kasteel, Western Cape and studied at the University of Stellenbosch, where she obtained a BCom Management Accounting degree in 2012. Lenita completed her articles at a Somerset West based accounting firm. She obtained her SAIPA (South African Institute of Professional Accountants) qualification in November 2015 and has been a member of SAIPA since. Thereafter, she joined Conradie and Fourie in 2016, whereafter she became a shareholder and director of the firm in 2019.
She enjoys activities such as cycling, swimming, camping and hiking.
Ethuan Swart
PARTNER
Ethuan grew up in Durbanville, Western Cape and studied at the University of Stellenbosch, where he obtained a BCom degree in 2019. Ethuan completed his articles at a Durbanville based accounting firm. He obtained his SAIPA (South African Institute of Professional Accountants) qualification in September 2021 and has been a member of SAIPA since. Thereafter, he joined Conradie and Fourie in 2021, whereafter he became a shareholder and director of the firm in 2024.
He enjoys activities such as running, reading and staying up to date with current affairs.
